Skillcast customers benefit from an exceptional level of customer support. You will be assigned a dedicated Service Manager from our Global Client Service (GCS) team who will become your trusted partner in ensuring the success of your learning and strategic communication initiatives.
Your Service Manager and other members of the GCS team will provide as much or as little support as you like, potentially helping you to set up new users, update existing users, upload content, set assignments and automated emails, send ad-hoc email communications, create management reports and conduct audits - in short, everything you need to successfully deliver your program. If you want to do any of these tasks yourself, or assign them to someone in your company, your Service Manager will provide full training and subsequent ongoing support.
