                        Introduction

                        Inmarkets International Ltd, along with its affiliates (collectively, Inmarkets), needs to keep certain information about current, past and prospective employees and customers (including end-users and their managers), suppliers and others with whom we communicate to operate our business. Inmarkets will collect and use this information fairly, store it safely and not disclose it to any other person unlawfully.

                        Inmarkets does not hold or process sensitive personal information such as any individual's health, disabilities, criminal convictions, race or ethnic origin, or trade union membership.

                        Principles of Data Protection

                        In collecting, holding and processing personal information, Inmarkets will strongly adhere to the Principles of Data Protection set out in the Data Protection Act of 1998, which require that personal information shall:
                        1. Be obtained and processed fairly and lawfully and shall not be processed unless certain conditions are met
                        2. Be obtained for a specified and lawful purpose and shall not be processed in any manner incompatible with that purpose
                        3. Be adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes
                        4. Be accurate and kept up to date
                        5. Not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose
                        6. Be processed in accordance with the data subject's rights
                        7. Be kept safe from unauthorised access, accidental loss or destruction
                        8. Not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area, unless that country has equivalent levels of protection for personal data

                        Company's Responsibilities

                        Inmarkets undertakes to ensure that:
                        • There is a nominated person with specific responsibility for data protection in the organisation
                        • Everyone managing and handling personal information is appropriately trained, supervised, and understands that they have an obligation to follow good data protection practice
                        • Queries about personal information held by Inmarkets are dealt with in a prompt and courteous fashion
                        • The way personal information is managed is reviewed and assessed regularly

                        Rights to Access Information

                        Customers and other users whose personal information is held by Inmarkets have the right to access their information. In the case of users of Inmarkets' courses and systems this information is already instantly available by logging into their accounts.
