Managed learning services


Inmarkets clients can opt for a managed learning delivery service provided by the Inmarkets Global Client Service (GCS) team. This is not an ordinary technical support desk. GCS provides frontline support services for learners and becomes an extension of the Learning and Development and/or Compliance teams within our client organizations, offering proactive guidance and support to ensure learning initiatives are executed successfully. Each client organization is assigned a Service Manager who will become a trusted partner in the delivery of eLearning programs. The service level provided by GCS is unparalleled in the eLearning industry.

Clients can ask their service manager to perform any eLearning delivery task, including setting up new users, editing existing users, creating and assigning Learning Paths, creating and assigning Profiles, uploading new eLearning content, sending email communications, and creating management reports.
