Anti-Bribery Training (UKBA & FCPA)
This is a 20-minute awareness-raising course that follows an interesting storyline to engage your staff and contains numerous exercises to ensure that they understand how to comply with the UK Bribery Act. The course has been verified by our lawyers, but you can customise it to fit your company's business and culture at no extra charge. 

Course objectives

After completing the UK Bribery Act e-learning course, your staff will understand:
  • Bribery and its consequences
  • The UK Bribery Act 2010 and how it applies to your company and all employees
  • Third-party due diligence and bribery red flags
  • Your company's policy on gifts and corporate hospitality
  • Your company's policy on donations, and charitable and political contributions
  • Their duty to report incidents of bribery

Geographic versions

  • UK & US international (for companies that have a substantial presence in the UK and the US and are therefore subject to the UKBA and FCPA) 
  • UK International (for international companies with a signficant presence in the UK, but not in the US) 
  • UK Domestic (for companies in the UK that have no signficant presence or sales abroad)
